Do you have a smart home device? We have old school Shabbat timers that we have been using all week long. We set them in the kids’ rooms so that their lights go off at a certain time. They would otherwise end up reading much longer than they should and then they are overtired in the morning. As they are starting to die off, I am looking for something that might be a little smarter and gives me more flexibility by day to set times. There are a lot of vendors for these smart devices: d-Link, WEMO, Eufy, Elgato, and many more. I still have a lot of exploring to do to figure out what automation will work and what smart device I might want to use.
