When organizing for Mishloah Manot deliveries, I have found that it is useful to plot everyone on a map and move the addresses in order to make sure things are delivered in the most efficient way. Our synagogue has a database and I just logged in and copied the addresses of everyone we want to hand out to and then I can send everyone on their way to deliver.
Google Maps works if you have less than 10 addresses.
AAA Triptik works for up to 25 addresses.
You could also divide neighborhoods up and do different routes.
